We could not be happier with how we were treated whilst having a unit at Lock It. Joanne and her team always offered a friendly welcome. The location was great. The parking and access made using the space so convenient and simple. We felt very secure and confident in leaving our belongings in the unit as it had modern safety and security procedures in the facility without being overly complicated. From the minute I went online to get a quote, I had the most amazing service. Prompt emails. The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever dealt with. This just being online or on the phone. Excellent value, location and service. Handily situated on the edge of Wigan town centre with private parking. All the staff are professional, friendly to deal with and welcoming and on hand to answer any queries. Storage is indoor, secure, easily accessible and temperature controlled. I recently stored my household items at Hurstwood self store Wigan. If I could give this place more stars then I would! From the very first phone call the level of sevice that i received was fantastic. Joanne has been amazing from start to finish! Always a friendly face, and you always feel welcome, absolute credit to the company! Storage rooms are pristine and the prices are brilliant you WON'T be disappointed!! I would also like to mention Stephanie who works at Hurstwood Self Store Wigan along side Joanne again always makes you feel welcome, always smiling and nothing is too much trouble!. So glad we chose Hurstwood self storage at Wigan. It was a  god send to store our  furniture etc whilst our new home was being refurbished. Joanne the manager was so  helpful and explained the whole process. The price was a no brainer. The facilities where spotless. I would have no hesitation to use again. Hurstwood Wigan  again. I moved into the Hurstwood Self-Store Wigan in February, my experience was superb. I had never moved my property into a storage unit before, I rang in they had competitive pricing and made everything so easy and stress free. Joanne is an asset to the business, she broke everything down for me and there was nothing she left out. I was fully informed prior, the unit itself is clean and secure. I couldn’t recommend more, best prices in Wigan and service 10/10

We are immigrating and needed to store some of our belonging for a short time. Joanne was really helpful, advising us of our options and nothing was too much for her. The units are very clean and easily accessible and the prices are really affordable!
